Barbora Vaculíková has been managing the largest private operator of health and social care services in the Czech Republic, the Penta Hospitals CZ group, for more than six years. Today, Penta Hospitals CZ operates seven acute and follow-up care hospitals, a network of specialized outpatient clinics and more than 3,000 beds in homes with a special ALZHEIMER HOME regime and continues to grow dynamically across disciplines. Today, the group employs more than 4,000 people in the Czech Republic. Barbora has been in the healthcare industry throughout her entire professional career, from the position of midwife and nurse in the intensive care unit, to manager and director of quality and safety of care up to her current role. Her long-term focus is on the integration of patient care, its quality and availability.
