Kristin-Anne Rutter is a Partner in McKinsey & Company’s London Office. She worked as a doctor before joining the firm in 2006 and has since focused on improving quality and efficiency across health care systems in the UK and Australia. She leads thinking on Digital Health and the impact of data across Europe and supports clients to successfully introduce new technologies and use data effectively. Before joining McKinsey, Kristin-Anne worked as a doctor in Iceland, had experience with Eli Lilly in manufacturing quality assurance and was a product manager for Neuromonics, a start-up company in Australia bringing treatment for Tinnitus to market. She is currently a Trustee and Board member of Marie Stopes International. Kristin-Anne has a first-class MA from Cambridge UK in Neuroscience, an MB BChir in medicine with distinction from Cambridge UK and an MBA from Harvard USA with high distinction.
